A Note About Your Artwork
Every pet portrait is individually created from your photo, and we do our very best to capture the unique features and personality of your beloved pet.
Because these are small, precision engravings, your artwork is thoughtfully simplified to create the best possible engraved result. Some fine details may be softened or omitted as part of the illustration process.
To ensure your pet's expression remains clear, we may also brighten the eyes slightly. Since most pets have dark eyes and we're engraving onto gold or silver metal, this helps prevent them from appearing as solid dark dots in the finished piece.

What is your standard production time?
All ready-to-ship items are typically fulfilled within 1-3 business days. All personalized orders have a 7-10 day production time prior to shipping, these excludes transit time.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Due to the delicate nature of each Luna & Jade piece, we highly recommend that you remove your necklace when you shower, swim, sleep, or work out. Water, sweat, and sprays/perfumes can cause silver to tarnish quickly.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if production has not started on your order, you may change or cancel your order. If production has started or the item has shipped, you will need to process a return if the item is elligable for a return.
What is your return policy?
We want you to have a 5-star experience every time you shop with us. If you don’t absolutely LOVE your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you on the return/exchange process. Please note, if the item is personalized, it is inelligable for return.
